Welcome Message
On behalf of the Organizing Committees, it is a great pleasure to invite you to participate this exciting scientific and bilateral workshop, 3rd Taiwan‑Japan Workshop on “Innovation of Emergent Materials” (IEM 2019). This workshop is a “by‑invitation‑only” conference and aims at discussing and exchanging ideas among participants to stimulate mutual collaborations for scientists and researchers between Taiwan and Japan. Most importantly, this workshop would also like to provide a platform to strengthen the academic networking between Taiwan and Japan.
