Research Highlight:
We focus on the syntheses of C-, Si-, nitride-, oxide-based nanomaterials & their hybrids/composites; resource-conscious, energy-efficient, and integrated device concepts are employed in the development of these materials for solar cells, fuel cells, supercapacitors, thermoelectrics, light-emitting diodes and sensors.
