Research Highlight:
The research activities of this lab are focusing on two major areas:
1. Advanced fabrication of two-dimensional material nanodevices by combining unconventional fabrication methods and thin film technology
2. Charge transport, spin transport, and optoelectronic properties of the two-dimensional-material-based field-effect transistors
